This treatment is performed whilst you are seated upright and for best results you are asked to remove your top item of clothing as oil is used on the back and head.

To ensure your total relaxation it is recommended that you are not rushing off to an important event afterwards and allow the oil used in the treatment to stay in the hair overnight.
