Shelley Gallen retains ownership and all rights to simplyholisticbyshelley.com and all content she produces for her services including the name, the logo, articles, videos, newsletters, podcasts, blogs, treatment forms, workshops and worksheets.

All content produced by Shelley Gallen for simplyholisticbyshelley.com is subject to Copyright Protection.

Content produced by other sources will be credited to the author of it. Use of this website is governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Republic of Ireland and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of Republic of Ireland.

Reproduction

Permission is not granted by Shelley Gallen to photocopy, reproduce the page, videos, newsletters, blogs, podcasts, articles, workshop content and worksheets by handwriting, typing, scanning into a computer, screen grabbing on a mobile device or taking photographs of the content.

Distribution

Information and materials accessed on the Simply Holistic by Shelley website or through group workshops is only to be used by the user who purchased the training or workshop. Information and materials accessed must not be reproduced, resold or distributed to any other practitioners, student practitioners, reflexology associations, reflexology schools or any third party.

Rental and Lending

Materials accessed on the Simply Holistic by Shelley website or group workshops must not be rented or loaned to any third party including and not exclusive to other practitioners, student practitioners, reflexology associations and reflexology schools.

Adaptation

Materials accessed on the Simply Holistic by Shelley website or through group workshops must not be adapted either in written, video or audio form, translated into a different language, computer program or code.

Moral Rights

Work produced by Shelley Gallen for Simply Holistic by Shelley in all formats (video, audio, written) has taken years to develop from her business experience and must not be reproduced, altered, shared, loaned, rented or distributed. All work is protected by Copyright. ©

Right to Attribution

Shelley Gallen must be recognised as the author of the videos, newsletters, podcasts, blogs, worksheets, articles and workshop content, and must receive the right to attribution.

11. Gift Vouchers

Expiry Date: Simply Holistic by Shelley kindly requests that gift vouchers be redeemed for 12 months from date of purchase. Any queries that arise falling outside of this will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Suitability: Please note the treatments offered may not be suitable for all clients, so a gift voucher may not be suitable. Please note my opening hours to make sure the times available are suitable for the recipient. This is your responsibility and refunds will not be given if the recipient cannot attend during the available appointment times.

Lost or stolen vouchers: Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.

Refunds: Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 

12. Group Workshops

Cooling off Period

Once a purchase has been made to join a group workshop hosted by Shelley Gallen you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days.

This request should be sent to Shelley Gallen via email - simplyholisticbyshelley@gmail.com

A refund will be made using the original payment method.

The cooling off period only applies where the group workshop has not been accessed by the purchaser. Once the workshop has been accessed this is an indication of use and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

No refunds will be made once the 14-day period has passed or the group workshop has been accessed.

Payment Terms

Once payment has been received your place on the workshop will be confirmed via email. 

13. Treatments and Healing Sessions

Client Form: All new clients are required to complete a client form for a treatment to go ahead. Failure to complete the form will result in the appointment being cancelled.

Deposit: A €20 deposit is required to secure your appointment upon booking a treatment or healing session with Simply Holistic via the online system. This will be offset against your treatment once it is completed. 

Cancellation Policy: Please note a minimum of 48-hours notice is required for the cancellation of an appointment otherwise a fee will be charged.

If an appointment is cancelled on the scheduled appointment date, the full treatment price will be required as a late notice cancellation fee. This fee is to be paid via bank transfer to Simply Holistic by Shelley on the date of the missed appointment and your deposit will not be refunded.
