Simply Holistic offers a wide range of holistic treatments including foot reflexology, hand reflexology, facial reflexology, reiki, rahanni, Indian Head massage, breathwork and combination treatments. Weekly yoga classes are offered in the Finn Valley AC with the exception bank holidays. These classes run in 6 week blocks. 

Treatment times vary depending on each session with most last between 60 and 75 Minutes. Yoga classes run for between 60-75mins. 

The frequency of treatments varies depending on your specific requirements and the treatment plan recommended. Typically, treatments are scheduled every 4-6 weeks but you may be called to an energy healing just the once. I encourage clients to always listen to their intuition and let that be your guide, especially around energy work. 

Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please inform us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding so we can tailor your treatment plan accordingly. 

For pregnancy, reflexology is a wonderful treatment to support your whole maternity journey. 

Side effects are generally minimal and temporary and will be discussed prior to your treatment. 

Booking at Simply Holistic by Shelley 

When you visit Simply Holistic by Shelley for the first time, we’ll complete a full consultation. This will help tailor your treatment plan for your specific requirements. For any further treatments, we will update as required ensuring that your objectives are being met. 

Booking Information: 

Bookings go through Fresha, the book now link will take you to the bookings page. You can change or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or special needs when making your appointment. 

Cancellations/Rescheduling:
Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost. Within 24 hours, this charge increases to 100%. Please ensure that all cancellations are confirmed by Simply Holistic by Shelley
No Show:
Failure to attend your appointment without prior communication will result in a 100% charge of the treatment cost, and we won’t be able to accept future bookings.
Running Late:
If you’re running late by more than 10 minutes, please be aware that your appointment may need to be shortened, with the full treatment cost still applicable, or rescheduled.

Silent Appointment:
If you prefer a tranquil appointment without conversation, simply let us know in the ‘comments’ box when booking online or send us a message. We want you to relax and fully enjoy your treatment without any pressure to engage in conversation.
Payment:
We accept both cards and cash. If you plan to pay with cash, kindly bring the exact amount.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are available online or paper form. They are exclusively for treatments or yoga and cannot be exchanged for cash. A fee applies for gift card postage.
Health & Safety:
Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene is our priority.
Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Rights of Simply Holistic by Shelley:
We reserve the right to adjust treatment prices as needed to stay relevant and compliant with industry standards. Additionally, we may modify or remove treatments as necessary.
Privacy:
Your personal information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and securely stored. We collect and manage this information in compliance with GDPR & consumer legislation.
